When doing EFT tapping for self care, stay hydrated throughout! Take responsibility for yourself by stopping at any point if something doesn’t feel good for you. For deeper level work that feels too hard to contend with alone, always seek help from a practitioner or therapist.

These videos are to be used as part of a daily self care practice, and are not a replacement for medical attention, therapy or professional support.

The Breakup Toolkit was previously called the Successful Breakup Guide before it got upgraded, so you might hear me referring to it in some of the older videos!
